Language Recording Projects
 

Help support the ministry of our Language Recording Projects.

Each year,  InterComm Language Recording Teams travel internationally to pre-designated countries in order to record language tracks which enable us to produce Christian media tools in international languages.

Because of past projects we are now able to provide ministry resources in the following languages:  Amharic,  Bahasa  Indonesia, Bangla, Burmese, Cantonese, Cebuano, French, Hindi, Kirundi, Kiswahili, Mandarin, Mongolian, Nepali, Spanish, Tibetan, Urdu, Vietnamese.

Each project includes much preparation time focusing on technical issues which include the translation process, translating the script, language comprehension, complexities of lip sync, voice selection and recording site logistics.

InterComm assumes the role of challenging God’s people to provide the financial resources necessary to complete these projects. Costs include travel to and from the project country, housing, recording location, all food and transportation necessary to achieve a successful result. Upon return, InterComm funds the editing process, creation of video masters, and the costs of returning finished copies of the completed work plus much needed equipment (video projectors, VCR and DVD players) for distribution throughout the project country.

These resources are enabling national leaders to spread the Gospel into areas that were never before reachable.  Lives are being changed and saved by these national leaders, using the resources your monetary assistance provides through Intercomm.
